I love making creatures. Many of them live all year round in my garden as well as in my home. Some hang, some sit , some crawl and some have been created into fountains.
I have been inspired by fairy tales, myths, costumes, masks, childhood books, science fiction, and fantasy. I look under bridges to see trolls and goblins and I look up to see Gargoyles and Grotesques. I am constantly envisioning creatures that are part human part animal. I have studied masks and costumes from many cultures and have designed my own creatures accordingly. These are a few of them.
